Working at Supera

We build medical kits for diagnostics, genomics, clinical trial and at-home health programs. Every kit is assembled to a documented procedure under an ISO 13485 quality system, inspected against a sampling plan, and released before it ships. Our work sits between a client’s product and a patient or a laboratory, so accuracy is the job.

Most roles are on site in Houston at our Fuqua Street facility. The work spans a production floor, a certified ISO Class 7 cleanroom, cold chain storage, and shipping.

What we look for

  • Procedure discipline. You follow a written work instruction exactly, and you record what you did as you do it. Documentation is part of the task, not paperwork afterward.
  • Willingness to stop the line. If a component looks wrong, a lot number does not match, or a step cannot be completed as written, we want to hear it before the kit is built, not after.
  • Attention that holds. Much of this work is repetitive by design. The people who do well here stay precise on unit four hundred.
  • Range. We are a small team. Roles are broader here than they would be at a large manufacturer, and people who want to learn the next function usually get to.

The functions we hire into

  • Kit assembly and cleanroom production. Building finished kits to a bill of materials, in a controlled environment where it is required.
  • Aliquoting. Automated and manual filling, capping, and labeling of vials and tubes.
  • Inventory and lot traceability. Keeping lot-level accuracy across components and finished goods, which is what makes a recall survivable.
  • Quality assurance. Owning the quality system, the inspection plans, the deviations, and audit readiness.
  • Cold chain and logistics. Validated packouts, carrier coordination, and the documentation that has to travel with a specimen.
  • Client program management. Translating a client’s program into something that can actually be built and shipped repeatedly.

No experience in medical manufacturing?

That is common and it is not a barrier for production roles. People come to us from warehousing, food production, electronics assembly, pharmacy technician work, and the military. What transfers is care, consistency, and comfort working to a standard. We train the regulated part.

How to apply. Open any posting above and apply through it. If none of the current openings fit but you want to be considered later, reach us through the contact page and tell us which function interests you.
